He touches me, whispers his truth.
I’m learning to trust what he sees.
He sees me through
love colored
glasses.
He loves each curve, sings it’s praise.
I’m learning to surrender.
He sees me through
love colored
glasses.
He praises my beauty, inside and out.
I’m healing from the ugly in both.
He sees me through
love colored
glasses.
He adores the curves I shamefully hide.
I’m sorting through my feelings.
He sees me through
love colored
glasses.
He cherishes my tears, hopes, dreams and fears.
I inspect them closely, he lets them fly!
He sees me through
love colored
glasses.
He hears the love, and passes the angry words by.
I fearfully regret each one, he sets them free.
He sees me through
love colored
glasses.
He teaches our son the value of a loving heart.
I adore them both, blind as they are.
They see me through

One of the things I like best about this is the way you use form and repetition to drive home the post. And the whole idea of love-colored glasses expresses a very real truth.
