You can’t do that

20130721_121007

Do you know why bees can fly so well?

They don’t know they can’t.

Physics mean nothing

to a bee in flight.

They dance.

They fly.

Do you know why bees can fly so well?

They don’t know they shouldn’t.

Aerodynamics mean zip

to a buzzing lil bee.

All they know

is to fly.

Do you know why bees can fly so well?

They don’t care about fat and fuzzy.

Body shape means nothing

when you can fly like that.

Bees are always in shape.

Round is a shape.

They are in.

Do you know why bees can fly so well?

They are not thinking about or you.

Opinions matter not one bit.

Bees care about the hive.

The family, their

queen mother.

Family.

Do you know why bees can fly so well?

I think I do. And now I really want

to be more like a fuzzy round

fat little strong amazing

bee who flies, dances

and always gets

home. Yes.

You?

wouldn’t it be something if the reason bees fly so well is because they are fuzzy

Very nice, I think that we all can do things that the odds are against if we just take the leap and do it. This was really cute, I enjoyed it thoroughly πŸ™‚ great message!

We can definitely learn from the bees, I think. We can do more than we think. If only we wouldn’t analyze so much.

This is perfect! On our daily walks (with the dogs) there is a huge sunflower-filled garden in our neighborhood and they are teeming with bees. Between your blog name and this poem I’ll think of you when I go pass. And I love the message you share.

Oh, I want to be a bee, too. The wonderful thing about bees is that they are what they are,–nothing more, nothing less.

The bee obviously never took physics 101. That’s why he can fly. Thanks,

ha yes – we tend to think too much about physics and what others think about us instead of just spreading those wings and fly…

Fly! Just fly. But then we start to think. And then we don’t. πŸ™‚

Would I want to be home? The rights of endearment and feelings of love are the ones that pull one back home. The heart matters and like the bees it matters not the reasons. Brilliant thoughts shanyns!

Bees have always fascinated me with their different kind of intelligence, and I love how you remind us of what matters through them!
